Online Purchase Return Policy:

 

*****PLEASE CHECK ALL ORDERS IMMEDIATELY UPON DELIVERY*****

 

RETURNS

Should you receive damaged or defective items, claims must be made within 4 BUSINESS DAYS from the confirmed order delivery date. ALL PACKAGES MUST INCLUDE ORIGINAL MANUFACTURES' LABELS & any other labels attached at time of delivery. Items are not able to be returned once tags are removed or if items are worn/washed. Please include the Order number and your name, and items in an email to support@sparckily.ca. All Returns MUST go through the original person who placed the order and have the order number CLEARLY mentioned. 

 

 

EXCHANGES

If you are not satisfied with your order, you must request to exchange within 14 days from the confirmed order delivery date. ALL ITEMS MUST INCLUDE MANUFACTURES’ ORIGINAL LABEL & any other labels attached at time of delivery. Items are unable to be returned once the tags are removed. Please include the order number, your name, and what the exchange is for in an email to support@sparckily.ca. All Exchanges MUST go through the original person who placed the order and have the order number CLEARLY mentioned. 

Returns & Exchanges must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed with all tags attached. 

*Customers will assume return shipping costs unless deemed defective by Sparckily Apparel.
*If customer received free shipping, Sparckily Apparel will deduct the shipping cost from any refund.

 

*Sparckily Apparel  will not issue a return authorization for damages and claims AFTER indicated dates*

*Items that have been worn, washed, tags removed, smoke smells, animal fur/hair or any other issues will not be eligible for a refund and/or exchange. Items MUST be in the same condition they were sent.*
